Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped yet. In such instances, the order will be cancelled, and we will process the refund within 7 business working days after acknowledging and accepting the cancellation request. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at care.upurfit@gmail.com. UpUrFit retains the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation at any time and may verify orders before shipping by seeking verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

The Company will entertain return requests for delivered orders and issue refunds for product purchases only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered
  • Incomplete order

For such claims, the customer must provide sufficient proof/evidence demonstrating that any damage or incomplete order is attributable to the Company or results from actions or omissions on the Company's part.

Returns will not be accepted in cases of:

  • Opened/used/seal broken/serial number tampered/altered products
  • Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
  • Return/replacement requests generated after 2 days from the delivery date

  • Allow us 14 working days to review your return request

Please ensure that photos of the damaged/incorrect product are sent within the specified time for us to accept the request. Once your product return request is approved, a pick-up is scheduled for the item. Our courier partners will pick up the item within 10 business days of receiving your return request. If reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the product using a reliable courier partner.

The item is then returned to our warehouse, where our quality control team checks it. Once the product passes quality control, a refund is initiated.

For prepaid orders, the money will be returned to the source of payment within 7 business working days.

Note that meeting replacement requests depends on stock availability. Orders are also eligible for partial return if they meet the specified criteria in this policy.

We strive to provide efficient delivery services through high-speed logistics providers. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays, leading to an indefinite delay. In such cases, our customer management team will contact you.
